    Nicely done.

  2. Loved it. We just had one of those ultra-important meetings, to read over the testing manual and find all the mistakes (you know, instead of the testing company hiring editors). Complete waste of time.

I watched a fantastic movie about teaching this weekend: Waiting for Superman. It was so moving, so honest……… No, just fucking with you… The movie’s titled Detachment. Adrien Brody plays the main character, a sub who comes to a shitty high school for a month-long assignment. It’s funny, and depressing (like our jobs). It doesn’t pull any punches and -thankfully- it doesn’t scapegoat teachers for all of society’s problems. Check it out if you can find it.

I have to respectfully disagree with you–Detachment might have been a great movie had they fleshed out the teacher (& the principal) characters more–especially James Caan & Blythe Danner. The acting was terrific, but the plot was all over the map with the main character’s personal life. It was VERY depressing, & who needs more of that?!
Teachbad, as usual, your video is HILARIOUS!
For more laughs, everyone go see The Three Stooges. I laughed so hard that my waterproof mascara ran down my face.

I do… I liked that the film did not end with one of those super-happy “things worked out after all” scenes. I hate those. They make me gag more than smile. For many people, things do not always work out in the end. Detachment is a film for those people.

Yeah, I’m lots of fun to be around…

Thank you for disagreeing respectfully though; most people wouldn’t take the time to preface their words with that.

I didn’t get around to watching this until now. Superb, as usual. And is it just me, or do the voices sound more expressive? I don’t know a lot about Xtranormal…do they let you use recorded voices instead of the fake computer ones? The expressiveness made this one that much funnier.

Glad you noticed. And thank you. I am now able to record my own voices, so they are both me. It’s a lot more fun.
